An Actor's Journey

What does it mean to be an actor? How do actors do what they do? How do they deal with the frustrations and rejections? This is the story of my personal experiences in Los Angeles. Along the way I'll share what I've learned.

Finding Your Niche

Craig Ferguson"This job has explained to me who I am -- I'm not kidding. I always knew I was an actor, but kind of not. I always knew I was a writer, but kind of not. I knew I was a producer, but kind of not. It's really a peculiar confulence of skills and experiences that put you in the right position to do this job. But I know now what I am. I'm this. Whatever this is, it's really helped me in my life.

-- Craig Ferguson; actor (most recently as the boss of The Drew Carey Show), writer and host of CBS' The Late, Late Show with Craig Ferguson.
